Conditions

Cancellations are possible free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. The local time of the hotel applies.

The conditions apply to all bookings via:

• Telephone
• Oral
• Written (by letter, fax or email)

For cancellations from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., 60% of the accommodation costs will be charged and for non-arrivals without cancellation, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged.

Smoking outside of the smoking lounge is not allowed.
